1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Onyx Legion application ("App") operated by Onyx AI Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Onyx Legion is a multi-model AI query application that allows users to:
- Query individual AI models (Single mode)
- Query multiple AI models simultaneously (Parallel mode)
- Engage AI models in deliberation to synthesize answers (Legion mode)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Token Economy and Payments
5.1 Tokens

| Single mode | 20 tokens per query |
| Parallel mode | 100 tokens per query |
| Legion mode | 500 tokens per query |
5.2 Refund Policy
Token purchases are non-refundable except:
- Technical errors resulting in loss of tokens
- Duplicate charges
- As required by applicable law
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to inquiries@onyxailabs.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Generate illegal content
- Create content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Produce sexually explicit content involving minors
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Create malware, phishing content, or other malicious code
- Impersonate others or spread misinformation
7. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should not rely on AI outputs for:
- Medical, legal, or financial advice
- Safety-critical decisions
- Factual claims without independent verification
8. Intellectual Property
"Onyx Legion," "Onyx AI Labs," and associated logos are trademarks of Onyx AI Labs. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at onyxlegion.ai/privacy.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 CAD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Unused tokens are forfeited (non-refundable)
- We may delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
